In Adams Point you’ll often find residents out and about throughout the day, enjoying the neighborhood's close proximity to nearby amenities: the parks and paths of Lake Merritt, nearby Whole Foods, and the growing list of cafes and eateries along Grand Avenue and Broadway. Homes in the community are mostly Craftsman Bungalows and Mediterranean style houses from the 1920s and 1930s, mixed with condo buildings, duplexes, and apartment buildings (many of them in stunning classic architectural styles). Many residents of Adams Point enjoy stunning views of the lake and the downtown skyline, as well as easy access to public transportation and freeway entrances.
